Bluetooth failure on Acer Aspire 3 laptop

Windows 10 handling of Bluetooth driver is probably shaky.  Bluetooth is often out of order even though the hardware is fine.

If reinstalling, updating drivers, rebooting the laptop, etc. all fail, the following nuclear option always works:

1. Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices
2. Delete everything under Bluetooth.
3. Install Bluetooth Driver (NFA435) by Atheros.
   
4. Reboot the computer
