Fermented Bean Curd Broccoli recipe

Broccoli 1200 g
Garlic   2 cloves
Red Chili 1
White fermented bean curd  2
Sugar 2 g
Salt 1 g
Liquid starch 20 g
Vegetable oil 15 g


  1. Cut the broccoli and red chili; mix the fermented bean curd with a little bit of sugar. 
  2. Heat oil, stir-fry the garlic, red chili and fermented bean curd; then add the broccoli, salt and the rest of sugar; stir-fry them till the broccoli just turns a bit soft; add the liquid starch and stir-fry till it thickens; serve.
