Steps to create a Microsoft Virtual Assistant:

1. Follow the instructions in its exact order.
2. Ues "uswest", "useast" or a few other names allowed by Microsoft for the name field when provisioning your Azure resources. 
3. If you do not like the initial greeting, take out _onboardingDialog in MainDialog.cs.
