Quick Stir-fried Cucumber Salad

Category: Sichuan 

Materials:

Cucumber, salt, sugar, dry chili, Chinese prickly ash, cooking oil

Procedures:

  1. Slice the cucumber into diamond shape pieces; add the salt; mix.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, add the chili and Chinese prickly ash; fry them to dark brown; pour the the mixture over the cucumber; add the sugar; mix.
