Sesame Oil Cucumber Salad

Materials:
Young cucumber | 500 g |
Sesame oil | 50 g |
Ginger | 15 g |
Salt | 5 g |
Vinegar | 40 g |
Sugar | 40 g |
Procedures:
- Slice the cucumber into 5 cm long chopstick-like sticks. Add salt, mix, set aside for 5 minutes.
- Chop the ginger into grains, mix it with the sugar, vinegar, salt and sesame oil.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the cucumber.
