Sesame Oil Cucumber Salad

Materials:

Young cucumber 500 g
Sesame oil 50 g
Ginger  15 g 
Salt 5 g
Vinegar 40 g
Sugar 40 g

Procedures:

  1. Slice the cucumber into 5 cm long chopstick-like sticks. Add salt, mix, set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the ginger into grains, mix it with the sugar, vinegar, salt and sesame oil.  
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the cucumber.
