Dry Bean curd Celery

Materials:
Celery | 500 g |
Dry Bean Curd | 50 g |
Soy sauce | to your taste |
Vinegar | to your taste |
Sesame oil | to your taste |
Procedures:
- Rinse the celery in boiling water for 10 seconds, dry it, and cut into 2 cm long pieces.
- Add the mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, then mix them well with them with the dried bean curd.
