Dry Bean curd Celery

Materials:

Celery 500 g
Dry Bean Curd  50 g
Soy sauce to your taste
Vinegar  to your taste
Sesame oil to your taste

Procedures:

  1. Rinse the celery in boiling water for 10 seconds, dry it, and cut into 2 cm long pieces. 
  2. Add the mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, then mix them well with them with the dried bean curd.
