Stir-fried Shredded Potato

Materials:
Patato | 250 g |
Green onion | 15 t |
Dry chilly | 4 |
Canola oil | 40 g |
Salt | 1 g |
Procedures:
- Peel the skins of the potatoes and shred them to thin strips, rinse them in water a few times to get rid some starch, air-dry them; cut the green onions to about 3 cm long, get rid the seeds of the dry chilies and also cut them to about 3 cm long.
- Heat the vegetable oil to about 210°C, then add the chilies, green onions and salt to stir-fry fast, wait till the color of the chilies turn dark orange to add the shredded potatoes, stir-fry them till done.
