Stir-fried Green Pepper

Materials:

Green pepper 500 g
Peanut oil  50 g
Soy sauce 25 g
Salt  3 g
Green onion 20 g

Procedures:

  1. Cut the green pepper into long threads. 
  2. Heat the peanut oil and add the shredded green onion and fried them for 10 seconds; add the green pepper and stir-fry till they shine oily; add soy sauce, salt and mix well.
