Garmin has superb technical support

I have owned 3 Garmin GPS watches. They work very well.  I have had a few incidences of software issues related to the data synchronization between Garmin GPS watches and a computer.   Contacting Garmin support has always been a great experience with problem resolved fairly quickly.  Their support staff are so friendly and enthusiastic that they insisted helping me solve a problem when I really wanted to give up because I felt the problem was caused by another application.  It turned out that VirualBox interferes with Garmin's USB driver.
