• Quantity Award to Qiyao Xu, Director of Construction of Jiangsu Province, for having 146 mistresses.
• Quality Award to Zonghai Zhang, Propaganda Director of  CCP Committee at Chongqing, for having 17 college students as mistresses living in 5-star hotels.
• Scholarship Award to Qinshan Li, Textile Director of Qinhai Province, for producing 96 diaries of love making with his mistresses, 236 biological samples.
• Youth Ward to Yusu Li, Mayor of the City of Leshan, for having 20 mistresses aging between 16 and 18.
• Management Award to Feng Yang, Vice Secretary of CCP Committee at Xuancheng, for managing 77 mistresses using MBA knowledge.
• Spending Award to Baoju Deng, President of Shajin Bank in Shenzhen, for spending ¥18.4 Million (about $3M) on his #5 mistress in 800 days.
• Unity Award to Longfei Lin, Secretary of CCP Committee at Lingao County, Hainan Province, for organizing his 22 mistresses to have a beauty pageant for an award of ¥300,000.
• Harmony Award to Shanhong Deng, Captain of Municipal Administration of the City of Lingao, for having 6 mistresses bearing 6 children while keeping his wife indifferent.
• Strength Award to Guohua Zeng, Director of Communications of Hunan Province, for promising his 5 mistresses of bedding with each of them at least 3 times every week till age 60.
