Lumia Windows Phones are underappreciated.

Among all the models, the 800 series are probably the best deals. Lower models have smaller sreens (e.g. 4" for Lumia 435), smaller memory size (e.g. 512 MB for Lumia 521), smaller storage space ( 8GB). The 5" screen, 1 GB memeory size, 16 GB storage spae of the 800 series is adequate for most purposes. Lumia 830 is highly rated by users (9.3/10). Lumia 830 can be upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile.
